  1. Divide your basement into sections.
One Section can have backlights, you can buy them for 20 bucks each and depending on how big the room you will be using them in is you wont need alot. They tend to be 3 feet each and hang on the wall. Blacklights make everything glow, so you can put up a white sheet and splatter red paint on it. (the white sheet will pop in the blacklight), hang up a skeleton (the white on it also pops), and buy those green spider webs that ‘glow in the dark’ and hang them up and under the blacklight they have a creepy and cool look.
For the next section you can buy orange strands of christmas lights and hang them from the ceiling, wrap them around poles, ect….In my basement I always have this section in the room with the food and quiet music.
You can also buy a strobe light and fog macheine. Put the fog machiene near the strobe light and an eerie fog will cover the ground.
Also you can buy blacklight lightbulbs or orange lightbulbs at a party store and take off your lamp shade and haev a room light up by the orange glow.
    Hope this helped :D

  2. spider webs with the spider rings all over them is classy and old skewl !

u shud get a fog machine an strobe lights. maybe even take a old sheet hang it up an splater fake blood on it.

this is what i would do! first if ur gunna have punch take a fake had and put it in the freezer then put it in the punch and it’ll look like the hand is in blood . but the purpose of it going into the freezer is it can be can keep the punch cooled!:)

I dont have the best ideas but im juss saying wut i wud do

  3. Consider a Halloween themed treasure hunt that can run throughout your event. Check out http://www.mastersofthehunt.com/adults-scavenger-hunt.php The Haunted Hunt has really great, professionally designed graphics and was developed by people who run scavenger and treasure hunts for a living. This one was meant to be hosted at an adult Halloween party. If you are one the younger side of the "teen" years you may want to consider this one…http://www.mastersofthehunt.com/halloween-scavenger-hunt-activity.php.

    Have fun!
