  1. I’m just in it for the candy. I send my kid out in a cute costume then when he’s sleeping I go for the good candy.

    drinking and dressing in costume is a way of life down here. Religion doesn’t matter.

  7. I conduct Halloween activities. I love Halloween and it’s so much fun to be scared and scare other people. It’s just a time to have fun, I don’t think of it as having anything to do with the devil. I think that Halloween is what you make it, and if you think it’s about the devil then it will be for you cause that’s all you’ll see.

    I haven’t celebrated Halloween since I was 15…but this year I am going to dress up and get lots of candy :) It’s not against my religion…because I don’t have one.

    I dont think its really against any religions except maybe Jehovah Witness.. even the LDS church by me does a trick or treating thing every year.
    It’s my favorite holiday I have always celebrated.

    I’m not very religious but I haven’t participated in any Halloween activities.
    Well, I went trick or treating once.
    My mom sort of prohibited it, so I guess she’s the religious one.

  21. As a child I was not allowed to particiapate in Halloween…hence why I am the crazy SOB I am today.

    I was raised in a Christian home but my mother always allowed us to dress up and go trick or treating, and she would decorate with the "fun" stuff for Halloween but never anything scary.

    I go all out for Halloween, scary stuff and I dress up every year and have a party.
